Jeanne's diverse customer service and professional experience started at the Co-operators in 2004, where she started as a receptionist. In three short months she was promoted to the position of insurance agent and by 2007 she held her general, life insurance and mutual funds licenses. Although she enjoyed her work as an insurance agent, Jeanne’s dream had always been a career in accounting. She took night courses at Algonquin College, while working full-time, and graduated with her Bookkeeping Certificate in May 2005. ??In 2007, she took the leap into the accounting field by starting as an accounting clerk at Lapointe Drainage Ltd. Before leaving Lapointe Drainage in 2010, her main duties included preparing all of their accounts receivable and administering the payroll for over 40 employees.

Jeanne was appointed Controller of CDRG in August 2010. She is passionate about providing excellent customer service and she puts 110% into any task she is assigned. As Controller of CDRG, she will be working closely with the membership to address their concerns, and she will also gradually take on more responsibility in the financial accounting for the group.

On a more personal note, Jeanne shares her home in Berwick, Ontario with her husband Frédéric and their daughter Amy.
