Mandate of the Leadership Team

The main functions of this Team of Directors are:

To filter new applications for membership and select only qualified restoration contractors based on pre-determined criteria;
To review the compliance of the CDRGs certified members within the contracted stipulations of their membership;
To oversee the quality and integrity of the internal controls and procedures;
To establish protocols and service level agreement for CDRG;
To oversee the operations, policies and procedures of CDRG;
To oversee the integrity CDRG’s financial information and its timely disclosure
