CDRG Foundation

Every day, flooding, fires, and natural disasters destroy properties worth millions of dollars in Canada. Being on the front line every day, CDRG restoration specialists have witnessed many families suffer. The foundation and its partners can help fill that gap and arm CDRG with critical resources in times of crisis. Our solution to that imminent problem was to create Canadian disaster response fund to make it possible for people to contribute to the CDRG foundation response efforts and to enable CDRG to instantly help families in desperate need.

The CDRG Foundation is a foundation that is funded from the profits of the Canadian Disaster Restoration Group and its members. Both the CDRG and the members make donations to help families that have gone threw a disaster such as fire or water damage.

The Foundation is an integral part of the identity and culture of the CDRG. It reinforces our philosophy and furthers the values we seek to promote within the restoration industry.

Our goals for the launch of the CDRG Foundation are:

• Give back to Canadians families.
  The CDRG has experienced some growth and success over the past year. The CDRG is proud to be able to give back to Canadians who support us. We constantly talk about values "" this is our chance to do something through our working lives.
  
  
• Invest in our culture.
  We fundamentally believe that giving together will help us to grow as a group. We will closely follow
  the families that we select, and the effort of giving will be a team effort. The culture of team-work at
  the CDRG is a central part of our success and we expect that the CDRG Foundation will help that
  culture to thrive.
  
  
• Build relationships with our members, clients, partners and companies.
  We invest in restoration specialists that operate in "the real world"�.
  

  
  As our industry changes, either due to technological advances or competitiveness, sometimes the focus shifts away from customer service.  Helping people in times of need is our fundamental purpose.  Focusing on serving our customers and helping them through the process of disaster restoration should remain as our primary goal.
  
  CDRG's creative team has designed a new logo for the CDRG Fund to reflect this idea.  Simply put, the hand behind the swirl represents how CDRG members touch people by restoring their lives to normal.  We are that helping hand.

  CDRG will match all donations dollar-for-dollar and pays all administrative costs.  That way 100% of each donation is doubled and goes to support a family or individual in need after a disaster, such as fire or flood, to their home.
