Canadian Disaster Restoration Group set to announce the 2010 CDRG RED TEAM (Catastrophe Team Entry Draft)
CDRG is pleased to welcome several new team members into the 2010 RED TEAM
Ottawa — November, 2009 — With the 2010 countdown quickly approaching the Red Team is in full recruiting mode and have selected the month of November date to announce it's 3rd annual RED Catastrophe Team entry draft.
"With natural disasters on the rise and an increase in specialized claims we feel that the RED TEAM is a must for 2010. With an expanding urbanization, continued deterioration of sewer infrastructure and a lack of municipal financial capacity to adequately maintain and upgrade sewer systems will increase the risk of flooding in our Canadian cities from coast to coast. Furthermore, extreme rainfalls events that often cause urban floods are expected to increase in both frequency and intensity in the next ten years. These results will lead our proactive membership committee to selecting the 2010 Red Team rosters," says founder Simon Frigon.
