C & M Building Contractors is a general contracting firm located in Corner Brook, NL. C & M Building Contractors was created as a partnership in 1970 and subsequently Incorporated in 1974. C & M were originally involved in residential and light commercial construction including development of several residential subdivisions. Between 1974 and 1982 C & M constructed approximately 150 single-family dwellings.

In the early 80's they were asked to complete damage appraisals for insurance related purposes. Since that time they have increasingly focused their business efforts to the insurance service and restoration market.
