CDRG Announces New Member in Kingston - Kingslake Restoration
CDRG members from eastern Canada attended the 2009 Claims Conference last week in Toronto. We'd like to thank all parties involved who helped make this event so successful.
The CDRG membership committee is pleased to announce the acceptance of Kingslake Restoration based in Kingston, Ontario.
Kingslake Restoration is a family run company founded by brothers Dennis and Hal Lake. They started in the restoration business 17 years ago and have been loyally servicing the Kingston area ever since. Their commitment to customer service and education is backed by their certifications with the IICRC in water damage & mould remediation, as well as continuing education in fire and odour control. Being a full service restoration company, Kingslake is equipped to handle any range of restoration projects. Their dedicated staff are trained and prepared to mitigate losses of any kind and size. “Now that we are part of the Canadian Disaster Restoration Group we can really handle any situation thrown at us,” states Dennis Lake. “It is very reassuring knowing that I have people to go to when in need.”
Customer service is the cornerstone of our industry, and this is why clients are drawn to CDRG; our members complement each other so well. The CDRG network is a well balanced mix of large companies in urban centres and smaller companies in more rural areas. This mix embraces our current philosophy which is to get closer to our customers.
CDRG is set to announce 3 new locations in Alberta and 2 new locations in Quebec in the coming weeks. CDRG is changing the industry by storm
