Some of the issues that may arise after a fire or a flood may be, security or instability of the structure, exposure to the outdoor environment, or the need for specialty cleaning, deodorization, and decontamination procedures. Off site cleaning may require decontamination and deodorization chambers, drying rooms, ultrasonic cleaners, storage vaults and other in-plant equipment
