Leadership based on respect
The CDRG's leadership team continues to drive growth and success for the group as a whole. In our day to day activities, we take great care to integrate the CDRG values into everything we do. As one of Canada’s leading independent disaster restoration providers, we have an equal responsibility to all of our commercial and insurance clients.
Daniel Pellerin
Regional Director for the Province of Québec
Daniel Pellerin, the founder of Phoenix Disaster inc. took over the family business in 2002, following the death of his father, André. Previously, Daniel had worked and traveled a few years in Europe (France, Switzerland), North Africa and Asia (Viet Nam). He has worked for Nortel Networks and studied at the ETS (Ecole de la Technologie Supérieur) in Montreal. Until 2005, Daniel continued his restoration activities as a Sinisco franchisee in Sherbrooke, Québec.
In early June 2005 Daniel launched Phoenix Intervention Après-Sinistre, it was a fresh start, a welcome challenge for him to succeed outside the tags set by the franchise networks and insurers. Specializing in commercial and institutional disaster restoration, Phoenix also offers its services to the residential market. Four years later Phoenix has tripled its sales and overcame several interesting challenges. On a personal level,
Daniel is the father of Theophile, 2 years old and husband to Corine Béchard and loves winter sports and mountain climbing. The day to day challenges of his operation and developing his business leaves him little time for his other passions: art, music, literature and the outdoors but strives to balance work and family. More than anything, Daniel hopes to be an inspiring model for his family, his team and his community.
